Hot Tomolly’s galley features gourmet cooking appliances of just about every type.  She has a large refrigerator/freezer, 2 convection ovens, and of course a glass-top stove and microwave, trash compacter and even a home-size dishwasher!  Blender, mixer, etc. are all available for use.  On the aft skydeck is even a built-in electric grill, and we carry a rotisserie appliance for that style of cooking.  There is a large “country kitchen” area, and hanging out in the galley is common, just like at home!  Countertops are all stone.  There is a large Frigibar freezer on the aft skydeck for keeping quantities of  frozen foods fresh.  She carries 350 gallons of fresh, triple-filtered water, and an on-board watermaker, so you won’t run out.
